Derek is always encouraging me to add something to our website now and again, and I always tell him I have no free time for it. (Or in other words, when I do have free time, it is not my activity of choice.) But I know how excited he will be when he sees this, not only that I took the time to write it, but that I was able to remember how to do it after so long and didn’t have to ask him any questions, even if what I do write has no particular purpose or significance. The truth is Derek does such a good job keeping up with our family adventures, that I now can really think of nothing write about…. but that isn’t what really matters. What matters is, it’s done!
So here’s to you Derek, with love, always.
